Yes, our pans looks good in raw aluminum or wrinkle black, but the point is strength + function. The 6R140 and 10R140 pans are designed to stiffen the transmission case like a girdle, they add a big 8-quart fluid capacity bump for cooler operation, and use internal/external fins for heat management. They also retain the factory magnet (rare for aluminum pans) and make fluid changes easier with a large drain plug. In other words: less heat, less hassle, more durability.
